Fundraising Telecaller to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Fundraising Telecaller, you will play a critical role in securing donations and support for our

organization. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential donors, building

relationships, and soliciting funds to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential donors, alumni, and supporters to solicit donations.

 Effectively communicate the mission, goals, and impact of Shiksha Seva Foundation.

 Meet or exceed monthly fundraising targets.

 Collaborate with the fundraising team to stay updated on organizational goals and

initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Passion for social causes and nonprofit work.

5. 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or telemarketing.
