This is a 100% Work From Home, performance-based partnership role with 40% commission sharing — no fixed salary, but unlimited earning potential.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Calling & Lead Engagement

• Make minimum 100 connected calls daily

• Speak to prospective buyers and investors professionally in English

• Understand customer needs and financial goals

2️⃣ Client Education & Relationship Building

• Explain projects clearly and honestly — no false promises

• Educate clients about:

  • Location benefits

  • Investment potential

  • Risks & rewards

  • Developer credibility

• Build long-term trust-based relationships instead of pushy selling

3️⃣ Follow-Ups & Conversion Support

• Take rigorous and systematic follow-ups

• Nurture leads until:

  • Site visits

  • Video meetings

  • Booking decisions

4️⃣ Reporting & Process Discipline

• Share daily call and follow-up reports

• Maintain clean CRM or lead sheets

• Track lead movement and conversion stages
