We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team immediately. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating leads and driving revenue through outbound calls.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to build interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer feedback in the CRM.
Meet daily call targets and weekly sales milestones.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
