We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for sales and customer service support. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, resolving customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and answer customer questions.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers for pending sales or renewals.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide product/service information and after-sales support.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
