Job Title: Telecaller – Cab Service Company

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Cab Service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, booking cab services, and assisting clients with their travel requirements.

Experience: 3 Months – 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Location : Palavakkam, West Tambaram

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with cab booking and travel queries
Provide accurate information about services and pricing
Maintain call records and customer details
Ensure good customer service and follow-up with clients

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers politely
Previous tele calling /customer support experience preferred.
