Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Tele Callers to join our growing call centre operations. The role involves outbound calling to customers for automobile service reminders, appointment bookings, and customer engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for vehicle service reminder campaigns Explain service oƯers, promotions, and appointment availability Maintain professional conversation standards and follow call scripts Update CRM with accurate call disposition and remarks Handle customer queries and escalate concerns when required Achieve daily call targets, connect ratios, and appointment conversions Coordinate with service teams for lead follow-ups Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele-calling / BPO / contact centre Strong communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi/Tamil is an advantage) Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills Good listening skills and customer handling ability Ability to work in a target-driven environment
