Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our property offerings, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team for closures.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided

• Explain real estate projects (apartments, plots, villas, etc.) and services

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions

• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Confident and persuasive speaking abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)

• Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure

🎓 Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
