Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other support channels.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.

Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.

12th Pass candidates are eligible.

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.

Willingness to work from office in a day shift.
