We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Woodrock Infotech Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹13000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or chats.

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

🔹️Age: 18-35 Years

🔹️Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

🔹️Communication: Advanced Level English Mandatory, No stammering/ no fumbling while speaking, No grammatical mistakes, Communication must be Excellent

🔹️Work Mode: Work From Office

🔹️Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shift

🔸Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

🔸 Having 2-wheeler is a plus point.
