Job Title: Telecaller / Consultant
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers / Consultants to join Wingz International. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable information and guidance, and following up with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries.
Explain company services and provide appropriate guidance.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build good relationships with customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned targets and support the sales team.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi/English communication preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
