Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
Answer inbound inquiries about properties, pricing, and project details.
Explain property features, amenities, location benefits, and payment plans.
Qualify customer requirements and identify interested buyers.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, email, or messaging apps.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Stay updated on ongoing projects, market trends, and promotional offers.
