Job Title: Telecaller – Voice Process

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers, and providing accurate information while ensuring high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls professionally

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines

Update customer details accurately in the system

Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Good communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Voice Process & Salary:

Tamil Voice Process: ₹15,000 + DBT

Malayalam Voice Process: ₹17,000 + DBT
