Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Calling potential customers who have engaged with digital ads, website forms, or social media campaigns to convert them into showroom visits or test drives.
Following Up: Promptly contacting leads from Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads to maintain engagement and prevent lead cold-calling.
Database Management: Recording customer details, interaction history, and booking status in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Promotion: Communicating current digital offers, EMI schemes, and new car/bike launches to prospects.
Service Coordination: For service-oriented roles, contacting customers for vehicle service appointments, repairs, and AMC renewals.
