Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Vijya Fintech. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage clients, promote financial products, resolve queries, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building rapport over the phone, and contributes to our mission of enhancing investor experiences through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads, schedule appointments, and upsell financial products like portfolio management services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information on fintech products, account updates, and troubleshooting issues.

• Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM systems, and track follow-ups to ensure seamless client engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and support campaign initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with telecalling regulations, data privacy standards (e.g., DND lists), and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (fintech or BFSI experience a plus).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada(additional regional languages like Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil advantageous).

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and basic MS Office; familiarity with financial apps is a bonus.

• Strong persuasion skills, resilience to rejection, and ability to multitask in a target-driven role.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and digital platforms preferred.
