Salary:

• Freshers: ₹12,000/month

• Experienced: Up to ₹14,000/month

• DRA Process: Up to ₹14,000/month + Performance Incentives

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers & Experienced (0–5 Years)

• Age: 18–30 Years

Languages Required:

• Punjabi (Mandatory)

• Haryanvi (Mandatory)

• Hindi & Basic English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Explain products/services to customers

• Follow up with interested customers

• Maintain call records and updates
