## Role Overview

Radical Minds Technologies is looking for dynamic and communication-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Chat Process. In this role, you will be the digital face of our company, handling customer queries in real-time, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience—all via text.

## Key Responsibilities

• Query Resolution: Actively engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product/service information.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of professionalism and adhere to company quality guidelines during all interactions.

• Data Management: Utilize basic computer tools to log customer details, track issues, and update system records accurately.

• Efficiency: Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a quick response time and high typing accuracy.

## Skills & Requirements

Required Skills:

• Excellent Written Communication: Strong command over grammar, spelling, and tone in both English and Hindi.

• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing, and system navigation).

• Typing Proficiency: Good typing speed with high accuracy to handle live customer chats efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a chat support, customer service, or BPO role is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Great attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

## Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
