We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain our services, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students

• Receive inbound calls and answer customer queries

• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly

• Follow up on leads and maintain call records

• Maintain customer database and update information

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)

• Positive attitude and patience

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage

Working Hours:

• Full-time / Part-time (as per requirement)
