Telecaller

We are looking for 50 confident and energetic Female Calling Executives to join our team at the Asia Book of Record Foundation. Your primary role will be to communicate with clients, explain our verification and record-holding processes, and manage follow-ups effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally.

• Clearly explain the services and procedures of the Asia Book of Record Foundation.

• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Language Skills: Excellent command over Hindi (flawless communication) and good spoken English.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support.

• Skills: Good listening skills, convincing ability, and a polite phone manner.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 per month (Strictly based on your experience, interview performance, and communication skills).
