Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients to generate leads or sell products.

• Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information

• Sales & Conversion: Persuading customers to buy, renew, or schedule appointments to meet daily/monthly targets.

• Data Management: Accurately updating customer information and interaction records in CRM software.

• Follow-ups: Following up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
