Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about company offerings.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the company.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum required qualification: Any Graduate.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
