We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
