Telecaller & Student Enrollment – Job Description
Position: Telecaller & Student Enrollment Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student/candidate queries through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain training programs, eligibility, fees, selection process and career opportunities.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into enrollments.
Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process.
Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
Resolve student queries related to training, exams, documentation and joining.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth candidate onboarding.
Achieve monthly enrollment and follow-up targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident and professional telephone conversation.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
