A Real Estate Telecaller (also known as a Telesales Executive or Pre-Sales Associate) is the frontline voice of a property developer, brokerage, or real estate marketing firm. Their primary goal is to turn digital leads and cold contacts into qualified site visits for field sales representatives.

Job Summary

• Role Type: Full-time / In-person (frequently 6 days a week with a weekday or rotational off)

• Experience Level: Fresher (0–1 years) to experienced (2–4+ years)

• Average Salary Range (India / Bengaluru): ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month (plus performance incentives) or ₹3.5 LPA to ₹5.5+ LPA depending on the company

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound and cold calls to prospective homebuyers and investors sourced from digital campaigns, portals, or databases. Project Pitching: Present key details of residential or commercial properties, including location, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and unique selling points (USPs).

• Site Visit Coordination: Qualify customer interest, answer queries, handle objections, and schedule physical or virtual site visits for the field sales team.

• CRM Management: Log all call dispositions, update client interaction histories, and track follow-up schedules accurately inside CRM software.

• Reporting: Share daily, weekly, and monthly call metrics, conversion numbers, and lead-tracking reports with team leads.
