We are looking for a Presales - Telecaller to join our team at Today Group to generate leads, provide exceptional telephonic conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make telephonic calls to prospects & Generating lead through telephonic conversation.

•  Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements

• Briefing the customers about project, Latest Schemes & Offers etc. and Brand Promotion

• Maintain follow-ups with Clients on Regular basis feedback - mails/phones (communication channel. Convince Clients to visit site.

• Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel) ➢ Daily updating of leads on the CRM.

• Ability to drive site walk ins of Clients and Channel Partners

• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved

• Understand and manage personal performance daily.

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
