Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at ThriveHive. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call generated leads provided by us.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Set up meetings with prospects.

• Office administration work - setting up meetings, minimal social media management, engagement etc.
  

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with at least 1 year of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
