Urgent Hiring – Telecaller (Immigration Consultancy)

Location: Ludhiana (Work From Office)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days Working
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller (Telesales Executive) to engage with clients, generate walk-ins, and support lead conversion in our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular calls to clients and achieve walk-in targets.

• Update client data and remarks in CRM promptly.

• Share feedback on social media advertisements.

• Report daily to Miss Kamaljeet.

• Escalate data-related issues immediately to EA Miss Anju.

• Attend mandatory training/seminars (including Sundays if required).

Requirements

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

• Familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, email handling & CRM.

• Prior telesales/immigration experience preferred.

• Preference for married female candidates.
