📞 Telecaller Job Description | The Grey Cell

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at The Grey Cell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and helping the company achieve sales targets.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers

• Explain company products/services clearly

• Generate leads and update customer details

• Follow up with interested customers

• Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and results

✨ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Confidence in speaking with customers

• Ability to convince and handle customer queries

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / data entry)

• Target oriented and positive attitude

🎓 Experience:

• Experience in telecalling/sales preferred

  💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20000
  🕘 Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
