Job Title: Online Sales & Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Online Sales & Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into sales through phone and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle incoming customer calls, inquiries, and product/service-related questions.

• Generate leads through online platforms, social media, and other sources.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

• Update customer details, leads, and sales activities in the company system/CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide proper after-sales support.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, online sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
