Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Dialing potential or existing customers to sell products/services, gather information, or follow up.

• Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls for inquiries, support, or complaints.

• Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing sales leads.

• Customer Interaction: Providing product details, understanding needs, offering solutions, and resolving complaints.

• Data Management: Accurately logging customer interactions, updating CRM systems, and noting important details for follow-ups.

• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call quotas. 

Essential Skills & Qualities

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills, clarity, and good phone etiquette.

• Persuasion: Ability to convince and handle objections.

• Customer Service: Professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.

• Organization: Strong record-keeping and data entry.

• Resilience: Ability to work with targets and handle rejections.
