Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, provide support, resolve basic queries, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

• Explain our products and services to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with leads and existing customers.

• Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Maintain customer information and call records.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required.

• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and customer-support targets.

• Maintain a polite and professional communication style with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

• Confident and polite personality.

• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle customers professionally.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior telecalling/customer support experience will be an advantage.
