Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products or services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Explain products or services clearly and accurately

• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups

• Maintain and update customer records

• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets

• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)

• Ability to persuade and negotiate

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage

Work Conditions

• Work location: Office / Remote (as applicable)

• Shift: Day / Night shift (depending on role)

• Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
