We’re expanding our operations team in
Bangalore and looking for dedicated individuals to join us.
Role Overview
As a Community Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding delivery
partners for our clients. The role involves communicating with interested candidates, guiding them
through the process, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new delivery partners for various clients (Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)
•
Guide candidates through registration, app login, and document verification.
• Maintain onboarding data and share daily reports.
• Communicate effectively with delivery partners and resolve basic queries.
• Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements
• Education: Any qualification accepted.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
- Good communication in Hindi and regional languages (Kannada preferred).
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and convincing attitude.
