We are looking for a Pre-Sales / Telecalling Executive to join our team at The Civil Company (TCC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to our database of civil engineering and construction professionals.

• Explain the concept and benefits of enrolling with The Civil Company (training on the concept will be provided).

• Send a pre-written registration/consent message on WhatsApp to the professional after the call.

• Follow up to secure their consent (Yes) and maintain a simple record of enrolled professionals.

• No direct selling or hardcore revenue targets. The focus is on professional onboarding and relationship building.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

• Confident phone presence to talk professionally with architects, engineers, and contractors.

• Must have a smartphone.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with Freshers.
