💼 Job Role: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
✅ Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
✅ Follow up with interested and existing customers.
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
✅ Maintain customer details and call records.
✅ Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets.
✅ Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
✅ Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance.
✅ Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.

🎓 Eligibility:
✔ 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Customer handling skills

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives

⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Off
