• Making Outbound Calls:

• Call customers or leads to promote products, services, or campaigns.

• Follow up on inquiries or previous communications.

• Receiving Inbound Calls:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, or support requests.

• Provide relevant information or redirect calls to the concerned department.

• Lead Generation:

• Gather customer details and update databases.

• Qualify potential leads and convert them to the sales closure.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients.

• Build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Maintaining Call Records:

• Log details of conversations, feedback, and outcomes.

• Prepare daily or weekly call reports.

• Achieving Targets:

• Meet assigned sales or service call quotas.

• Work toward achieving team or company KPIs.
