Job Description

Banking Loan EMI Collection & Recovery collection (Personal loan, business loan and credit card).

Making outbound calls: Proactively reaching out to customers with overdue accounts to discuss their payment status and outstanding balances.

Negotiating repayment plans and settlements: Developing and agreeing upon feasible payment schedules and solutions with customers to facilitate debt recovery within company and legal guidelines.

Maintaining accurate records: Documenting all interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions within the collection management system.

Following up on payment commitments: Ensuring customers adhere to agreed-upon payment arrangements and proactively following up to secure timely repayments.

Achieving collection targets: Meeting individual or team performance goals related to debt recovery.

Preparing reports: Providing regular updates on collection activities and performance to team leads or managers.
