Job Description

Square Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Telecallers for B2C insurance sales. The role involves selling insurance products over calls and handling clients directly by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling insurance products to individual customers (B2C) over phone calls

• Handling and managing client interactions professionally

• Understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate insurance plans

• Converting leads into successful sales

• Maintaining follow-ups and building long-term customer relationships

• Resolving basic client queries related to insurance products

• Achieving assigned sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry

• Strong knowledge of insurance products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities

• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment

Working Hours

• Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week
