Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
Provide information about salon services and offers
Book and manage client appointments
Maintain client database and follow-ups
Coordinate with salon staff for scheduling

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
Polite and confident speaking skills
Basic knowledge of computer and calling handling
Positive attitude and customer-friendly nature
