Job Title: Healthcare BPO Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound)

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Telecallers for our Healthcare BPO process. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Guide patients/customers about healthcare services and products
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
• Resolve customer queries in a polite and effective manner

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in telecalling (Healthcare preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle customer objections
• Basic computer knowledge
