Job Summary:

We are hiring a results-driven Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our financial products and services, and generate leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and has a passion for achieving targets. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Make outbound calls to potential clients from a given database.

•  Clearly and confidently explain our financial products and services.

•  Answer questions about the company and its offerings.

•  Generate qualified leads for the sales team by setting up appointments or follow-ups.

•  Maintain a detailed record of calls and client information in the CRM system.

•  Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

•  Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification.

•  Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling or B2C sales will have an advantage.

•  Language: Good communication skills in English.

•  Skills:

  •  Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Persuasive and goal-oriented.

  •  Ability to handle objections and remain professional.

  •  Basic computer skills.

•  Gender: Female candidates are preferred.

•  Age: 20 - 35 years.
