🎯 JOB PURPOSE

The Telecaller / Customer Acquisition Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their basic requirements, introducing suitable financial products, qualifying interested customers, collecting required preliminary information, and moving eligible prospects to the next stage of the application process.

The role requires consistent calling activity, accurate customer information, proper CRM updates, timely follow-up and adherence to company-approved scripts and processes.

📞 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outbound Calling

Make assigned outbound calls to prospective customers.

Contact customers using company-provided/approved lead lists and calling processes.

Introduce yourself and the company professionally.

Explain relevant credit-card/financial-product offerings in a clear and accurate manner.

Handle basic customer questions according to approved product information and scripts.

2. Customer Qualification

Understand the customer's basic profile and requirements.

Identify customers who may be eligible/interested in the relevant product.

Collect basic information required for further processing.

Ensure information entered into the CRM/system is accurate.

3. Lead Generation

The employee is expected to generate qualified leads, not merely complete calls.

A qualified lead should generally be a customer who:

has shown genuine interest;

has provided the required basic information;

meets the applicable preliminary criteria; and

can be legitimately followed up by the processing/sales team.

4. Application & VKYC Follow-Up

Coordinate with interested customers for the next application stage.

Follow up on pending applications.

Assist customers in understanding the next steps without misrepresenting bank/product terms.

Follow up for VKYC wherever applicable.

Maintain accurate status updates in the CRM.

5. CRM & Reporting

Every employee must maintain proper records of:

Calls attempted

Connected calls

Interested customers

Qualified leads

Applications initiated

VKYC status

Follow-ups

Customer remarks

Final status/disposition

CRM/reporting must be updated during or immediately after the relevant activity as per company SOP.

🎯 DAILY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT

FULL-TIME

Employee must achieve ANY ONE of the following per working day:

6 Qualified Leads OR 2 VKYC

PART-TIME

Employee must achieve ANY ONE of the following per working day:

3 Qualified Leads OR 1 VKYC

Important: These are OR targets, not combined targets.

Example: Full-time employee achieving 2 valid VKYC has met the daily qualification even if 6 qualified leads are not achieved.

Lead/VKYC validity will be determined through the company's CRM/official reporting system and applicable verification process.

⏰ WORKING DISCIPLINE

The employee is expected to:

Remain available during assigned working hours.

Follow the assigned calling schedule.

Take breaks according to company policy.

Inform the reporting manager before leaving the assigned workplace/duty during working hours.

Avoid unauthorized disappearance, early leaving or prolonged unavailability.

Follow company calling scripts, CRM processes and customer-handling guidelines.

Attend required meetings, training and performance reviews.

Repeated failure to follow working procedures may result in counselling, warning, PIP, reassignment, probation review or other appropriate action in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
