Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Intern (Girl) to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is confident on calls, and wants to build a career in sales, pre-sales, or client interaction within the real estate sector.

As a Telecaller Intern, you will support our sales team by reaching out to potential customers, sharing project details, generating leads, and helping in scheduling site visits.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers

• Share information about ongoing & upcoming real estate projects

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic guidance

• Generate qualified leads for the sales team

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel

• Follow up with clients for interest, queries, and site visit scheduling

• Coordinate with on-field sales executives for closures

• Provide daily call reports to the manager

🎯 Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Confident phone presence & persuasiv communication

• Basic computer/Excel knowledge

• Positive attitude & willingness to learn

• Ability to handle client queries patiently

• Freshers/students are welcome

• Any experience in telesales or customer interaction is a plus
