Handle outbound calls for loan collection and payment recovery.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMI and pending payments.
Convince customers to make timely payments and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain daily follow-up records and update customer payment status.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the company.
Coordinate with team leaders and maintain proper communication with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during calls.
