Key Responsibilities:
Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and feedbacks
Respond to customer queries and follow up through WhatsApp messages
Maintain call records and customer communication logs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong convincing abilities
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge
