Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to connect with pharmaceutical companies, generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to pharmaceutical companies and healthcare businesses.
Identify decision-makers such as Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Purchase Managers, and Brand Managers.
Introduce Shree Pharma Design's products and services.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a customer database.
Follow up with potential clients regarding quotations and orders.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Update CRM/Excel records with call outcomes and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or B2B sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
