Job Title: Tele caller / Tele calling Executive

Department: Sales / Back Office

Location: Kolhapur

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele caller to handle customer calls, follow up with existing and potential customers, generate enquiries, and coordinate with the sales and back-office team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide required information.

- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, and payments.

- Generate new customer enquiries through tele calling.

- Maintain customer details and call records in Excel/system.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Back Office teams.

- Share product details, quotations, and other information with customers.

- Take customer requirements and forward them to the concerned sales person.

- Regularly follow up on pending quotations and orders.

- Maintain good relationships with customers.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.

- Perform other sales-support and back-office activities as required.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to maintain records accurately.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.

- Freshers can apply.

- Experience in tele calling, sales coordination, customer service, or back office will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Good convincing and communication skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Comfortable working with customers and office teams.

- Candidates with experience in trading / electrical / industrial products will be preferred.
