The candidate will be responsible for recovering overdue loan and credit card payments from customers through regular follow-ups, phone calls, and field visits. Candidates must maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers and ensure all recovery activities are conducted according to company policies and legal guidelines. The executive will also assist customers in understanding repayment options and help negotiate settlement plans when required. Applicants should be comfortable traveling locally, maintaining daily recovery reports, and achieving monthly recovery targets. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. A minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduation is preferred. Salary, incentives, and travel allowances will be provided based on performance.
