Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

• Explain company products/services clearly

• Generate leads and follow up regularly

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and convincing skills

• Ability to work in day or night shift
