Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
Maintain and update customer databases accurately
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order tracking and delivery status
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues promptly
Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, and other documentation
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Age: 25 to 35 years (compulsory)
1–3 years of experience in tele calling or sales coordination (preferably in a B2B environment)
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills for dealing with corporate clients
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
