Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller to handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls for lead generation, sales support, and customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Explain products/services clearly

• Maintain call records and updates

• Support sales and conversion process

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Kannda/English)

• Basic phone handling skills

• Confidence in speaking with customers

• Customer handling and convincing ability
